DSA’s will be the frontline agents in execution of the Digital Banking client acquisition strategy. The role is responsible for Digital Bank customer acquisition through focused selling. Successful candidates will be responsible for selling the Digital Bank’s products and services to new customers and achieving the business target for number of clients acquired

Under the supervision of the Regional Client Acquisition Specialist, the following are among the Job Key Responsibilities:-

  • Deliver set sales targets as agreed with Regional Client Acquisition Specialist.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily/ weekly sales productivity trackers and provide feedback on sales related issues.
  • To have up to date competitor information in terms of pricing, products and campaigns in order to have an effective sales approach.
  • Identify and understand the need of the Customer in order not to miss sell.
  • Participate in sales promotion campaigns/marketing activities.
  • Sell the Digital Banks Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
  • Obtain relevant documents on all Bank products sold e.g. identity document.
  • Ensure set goals for referrals, new business and cross-selling are achieved.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and cross-sell referrals.
  • Refer all cross-sell opportunities identified to the Regional Client Acquisition Specialist.

  • Grade 12 Credit or above is mandatory in Mathematics and English and any other three subjects
  • Tertiary education (Certificate or Diploma) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in banking and Sales is an added advantage
