Cash Management and Liquidity – Digital Products  & Internet Banking

Reporting to: Country Manager, Cash and Liquidity Management
Business Unit: Corporate Investment Banking
Location: Lusaka & Copperbelt (2 positions)

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for assisting Cash Management & Liability in Digital
    products’ & internet banking solutions, origination and execution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in Retail, Information Technology, Treasury, Operations, Product Management, e-Channels Support, Branches etc. in ensuring seamless pitch, implementation, and delivery Of Digital and Internet Banking solutions under Cash Management & Liability.

Responsibilities

  • To develop digital and internet banking product portfolio life cycles. from new product development to go-live, review and monitoring.
  • To identify market requirements for current and future digital and internet banking products in liaison with stakeholder departments.
  • TO monitor, reconcile and manage digital and internet banking products’ profitability following go-to-market in collaboration with stakeholders and Relationship Managers
  • To meet designated project, budget and business strategy requirements as required
  • Work closely with stakeholders to grow transactional business. volumes and revenues for all Digital and internet banking products and services
  • Solution-focused problem solver with a track record Of handling complex customer issues
  • Enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement on digital and internet banking CLM products and services through regular interaction: and procuring senior management sponsorship for key clients, improving the Bank brand through client events, etc.

Candidate & Technical Requirements

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics
  • Relevant degree in any Business related course
  • 3+ years’ experience in Banking
  • Corporate customer facing experience
  • Sound commercial judgment
  • Strong negotiation & analytical skills
  • Experience of portfolio management
  • General understanding Of CLM, digital and e-channels / products
