Business Development Executive at TopFloor Zambia

Responsibilities 

  • Undertake marketing to offer best exposure to the services on offer.
  • Achieve required sales profitability, growth and expansion in market by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing  contracts; integrating contract requirements with client requirements.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers across all services.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain existing clients
  • Implement operational strategies as per the company’s Strategic Business Plan.
  • Capture, assess and oversee implementation of new business and sales ideas in the company.
  • Analyse current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different client requests.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the company.
  • Coordinates sales efforts with other departments/staff.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent.
  • Possession of a project management qualification is an added advantage
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office
