Allterrain Services Group, Africa’s leading facilities service provider is looking for dynamic and self- motivated Zambian with proven performance to fill the existing vacant position below:

DATA ENTRY CLERK X 1

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Must have a minimum of College Diploma or Higher Certificate Computer Studies or IT related course with some practical experience working in the stores or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
  • Have knowledge of ordering, receiving, storing and issuing procedures
  • Have knowledge to receive, review, and enter data into the computer system or tracking database according to established procedures
  • Creative, self-motivated, proactive and confident
  • Creative with ideas in stock controls
  • Able to work with other staff from other Departments, as well as the clients
  • Knowledge of food cost control principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations
