Background

The ERB seeks to recruit a dynamic and suitably qualified person to fill the position of Administration Assistant.

Job Purpose

Maintains information files and processes paperwork on a day-to-day basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Compile and maintain transport, insurance, medical and travel records.
  2. Compute and record data and other information.
  3. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, both manually and electronically.
  4. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  5. Fill out purchase requisitions, inventories and order materials, supplies, and services for approval by Supervisor.
  6. Maintain a register of vehicle usage, fuel consumption and maintenance records.
  7. Assist Superior to follow up Insurance claims.
  8. Compile data on Administration matters and prepares statistical reports.
  9. Performs other duties as required.
