EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advocate of the High Court with experience in litigation and corporate law
- LLB degree with a solid academic transcript
- LLM in dispute resolution or commercial law or that related fields will be an added advantage
- Transactional and corporate experience
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Attending to consultations with clients
- Undertaking legal research on various clients’ commercial matters
- Drafting court documents, including opinions, letters and memoranda
- Drafting commercial agreements and other transaction-related ancillary documents and agreements
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and employment policies
- Representing the firm’s clients in courts of law and tribunals as well as other dispute resolution forums
