PHARMACY SALES REPRESENTATIVE X 2
To process and fill preseriptions and undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the retail pharmacy runs smoothly.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sterilize surfaces and equipment and prepare the pharmacy for opening
- Receive prescriptions and check their validity
- Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate
- Select the appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions
- Sort, stock, label medication and monitor inventory
- Undertake administrative tasks as assigned
- Pricing and filling of prescriptions
- Obtaining pharmacist’s approval
- Assisting with insurance claims processing
- Advise clients on Cosmetics
- Advise clients on Agro Products
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate
- Certificate in Pharmacy
- Registered with the HPCZ
- Valid Practicing License
- 3 Years’ Experience
- Qualification in Agro and Cosmetics will be an added advantage
