Our client, a leading player in the Zambian Security Industry seeks to recruit a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is accountable to the company for the overall performance of the sales department.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting To: Managing Director
Supervision Of: Sales Department
Interacts With: Team, Customers, Clients

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and coordinate a pipeline for the department to ensure sales targets are met
Managing the Sales Representatives, their quality of work, routines and training
Managing Tenders in cooperation with Finance Manager and Managing Director
Maintaining documentation, templates, and statistics for the Sales department
Submitting monthly reports for the department vs objectives
Developing strategy with the Finance Manager and Managing Director

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 3 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
Software: Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Sales / Marketing / CRM role
Skills To: Excellent Customer Service
Ability To: Work effectively with teams throughout the organization
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driving license
