A start up Insurance Broking company in Lusaka is looking for a highly motivated and inspirational individual to immediately fill the position of General Manager.
Summary
The individual shall possess an in-depth knowledge of the insurance market in order to identify and develop marketing strategies that can penetrate the market; and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in a suitable commercial discipline from a reputable university /OR
• Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII)
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience at management level
• Must have proven sales and marketing experience as an Insurance Broker OR Insurer
• Must be a fully paid up member of the Chartered Insurance Institute/Insurance Institute of Zambia
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
