Wholesale Administrator required for Umoyo brand to help drive wholesale sales in this growing business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Keep track of customer orders, ensure the right prices are charged, managing, arranging and documenting scheduled timely and correct deliveries.
  • Negotiate service agreements, contracts and credit terms.
  • Ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Manage communication with clients and merchandisers.
  • Prepare sales reports to keep management informed.
  • Service customer accounts through the system and also establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  • Prepare file records for various functioning activities appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and assist in increasing sales.
  • Keep track of inventory for wholesale distribution.
  • Develop strategies/ideas to increase wholesale sales.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration. Previous experience in wholesale/sales/merchandising an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel
  • Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising at all levels of the business.

  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential/prospective clients.
