Job Purpose:
Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Minimum requirement: National Diploma in related field with post graduate Supply Chain / Retail Management.
Added advantage: Any qualification within inventory control and management
2. 5+ years of warehousing experience and 3+ years in a leadership position in a variety of Warehouse roles in a FMCG environment.
3. Recognised qualification in warehouse would be considered an asses. In depth knowledge of warehouse management, preferably working in an international environment will be a benefit.

Job Purpose:
The Local Category Specialist is part of the relevant Procurement Category Tower.
The Local Category Specialist is responsible to ensure that strategically sourced contracts of Procurement for various categories are implemented, executed and complied with. The Local Category Specialist works in collaboration with the Procurement Category Teams to support the development and execution of category practices for all allocated categories and sub-categories as well as management of supply risk. The Local Category Specialist is the main point of interaction between Procurement Category Teams and the relevant functions of the business and any other Internal Stakeholder.
The Local Category Specialist is responsible for and take ownership of all master data and systems compliance related to the category

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Minimum requirement: National Diploma in Procurement/Logistics or equivalent high potential candidate.
Added advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. CIPS Certification
2. 5+ years of business experience with 3 years minimum in Tactical and Operational Purchasing within a FMCG environment being an added advantage. Sound knowledge of Master Data management and its relevance and importance to the Procurement Lifecycle.
3.Recognised qualification in procurement would be considered an asset. In depth knowledge of procurement, both strategic and operational as well as preferably working in an international environment will be a benefit.

The Content & Operations Manager is a member of the Procurement team supporting the Procurement organisation in the operational process and system compliance, setup, monitoring and administration of contracts (including e-catalogues), vendor master data, material master data and the user portal
In the role as Content & Operations Manager is both responsible for execution of Operational role (60%) for performance management, people development, resource allocation and overall responsibility for the team’s performance (30%) within the guidelines and framework managed and 10% System training

9. Inform recommendations and decisions with regards to Operational procurement relating to Content Management and spot buys.
10. Determine the optimal reporting infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery
