WWF Zambia Country Office has been supporting the Department of National Parks and Wildlife (DNPW) in the process of reviewing and updating the Zambia Rhino conservation strategy. We are now looking for a suitable editorial and graphic designing consultant to produce print version of the “Strategic Rhino Conservation and Management Plan for Zambia 2017-2021” document before 30th July 2018.


  • A tertiary qualification in advertising, marketing or communications with proven project management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in editing and graphic design
  • Experience with DNPW/ ZAWA branding guidelines and production process
  • Experience communicating on matters related to wildlife conservation
  • Proven knowledge of working effectively across a range of media platforms
  • Extensive experience with in Design software and general computer literacy

Restless Development has been working on the Ishiwi project for the last two years, in partnership with BBC Media Action (the BBC‘s international development charity) in implementing the project.

Restless Development and BBC Media Action are calling for proposals from various research organizations/agencies to conduct an endline survey for their Ishiwi project to be conducted in June to July 2018. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the outcomes/impact of the Governance programmes it is implementing. The programmes have been running for two and a half years, ending in August 2018.

Communication and Campaigns Coordinator

Position         : Communications and Campaigns Coordinator

Duty Station : Lusaka


The Communication and Campaigns Coordinator (CCC) will increase Save the Children’s visibility in Zambia and in the region of Southern Africa in the five thematic areas. He/she will use social media and other communication strategies to implement campaign objectives, raise the profile of SC in Zambia, give visibility to SC Zambia’s advocacy, raise the voice of children in Zambia and disseminate SC Zambia’s knowledge to the general public. The role will oversee relationships with the media.


The Advocacy and Communications Coordinator will:

  • Deliver ambitious campaign plans to engage and influence the government, in line with agreed organisational objectives, and provide strategic insight to wider Save the Children International advocacy efforts
  • Build profile and credibility for Save the Children, especially on our priority issues, by being a convincing spokesperson for the organisation on and off line
  • Be a strong internal and external networker, building relationships with various departments, gathering information, stories and resources to implement SC Zambia’s communication strategy
  • Lead in designing communication interventions, especially in providing leadership in designing promotional materials, communication materials for various projects, including IEC materials, developing and maintaining a photo database, edit project studies for publications.

Courier Service Driver


Reporting to the Delivery Supervisor, the Courier Service Driver shall provide professional, courteous and efficient delivery of customer orders to customers’ homes, businesses or delivery pickup locations. The driver should be skillful at delivering shipments safely while meeting tight deadlines. The driver should be dependable and energetic enough to load and offload packages from the delivery truck and have a flexible working schedule as hours may vary depending on operational need. The driver should be responsible enough to check shipments and documentation for conformance to Radian Stores delivery standards.


  • Drive delivery vehicles to designated destinations for customer product deliveries.
  • Drive safely and deliver products within deadlines.
  • Analyse delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule.
  • Capture proof of delivery upon delivery and handover relevant documentation related to the delivery to the customer.
  • Collect payments from customers at the time of product delivery when required by the Supervisor.
  • Work with the warehouse and sales teams to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
  • Load and unload products to and from the delivery truck.
  • Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tyre pressure.
  • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow local driving laws and road regulations.
  • Maintain the vehicle clean and safe.
  • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork.
  • Provide special care in delivering fragile products.


  • Must be at least 23 years of age and have had a driver’s license for 3 years or more.
  • Must possess a valid class C or higher driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and have a CLEAN drivers record & CLEAN background.
  • Should not have any felony/misdemeanour convictions or DUI’s within the last 3 years to get a clearance from RTSA.
  • Must be able to use modern communication mediums and technology such as Social Media (WhatsApp, Facebook), Online Maps, and Delivery Signature Software etc.
  • Must have positive, customer service oriented attitude.
  • Must be fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Must be presentable and in clean attire at all times.
  • Must be ready for a flexible work schedule and must be able to work weekends depending on operational need.
  • Be able to lift heavy packages on a repetitive basis.
