POSITION SUMMARY:

Fitness trainer /instructor will lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise (exercises for the heart and blood system), strength training, and stretching. To work with people of all ages and skill levels.

Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routinesWatch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitnessGive alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skillMonitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as neededExplain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipmentGive clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issuesGive emergency first aid if neededAbility to plan or choreograph own classes by choosing music that is appropriate for the exercise class and create a routine or a set of moves for a class to follow.Ability to carry out workout routines specific to the needs of the clientsEvaluating the clients’ current fitness level, personal goals, and skills. Then develop personalized training programs for the clients to follow, and monitor the clients’ progress.Organize and lead group exercise sessions, which include aerobic exercise, stretching, muscle conditioning, or meditationTeach popular conditioning methods such as yoga. In these classes, instructors should show the different moves and positions of the particular method.

Education Requirement;

An associate’s or A certificate to a health or fitness field, such as exercise science, physical education.

Experience:

Previous serving experience required with a minimum of two(2) -four (4) yearsExcellent oral communication skills required.Positive interpersonal skills required.Ability to communicate in any 4 local languages and English.Women are encouraged to apply.

JOB TITLE: PENSIONS AND CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

Reporting: To the Head Pensions and Client Relations.

Job purpose:

To run the Solwezi Office by co-ordinating the activities of the Trust in North Western Province in order to improve and help drive the Trust achieve its strategic goals and growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead membership growth activities and initiate client retention programmes such as inductions and workshops for both new and old employees of various participating companies respectively to apprise them on relevant pension information and procedures pertaining to the scheme thereof.
  2. Co-ordinate all the communications with head office, all participating Employers and Corporate clients to ensure that all the pension contributions and funds are remitted to the Pension Scheme in good time and make follow ups with defaulting clients.
  3. Compile relevant pension reports for submission to the supervisor.
  4. Administer pensioner’s accounts regularly updating them to facilitate payments.
  5. Compute pension benefits according to scheme rules upon receipt of pension claim forms from eligible beneficiaries and submit same to supervisor for verification.
  6. Explain benefit calculations and other vital details to beneficiaries to facilitate understanding.

Skills and Abilities:

Collections Manager

Collections Managers is responsible for ensuring that the collections department meets all its goals.
