Sherbourne Hotels invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of a Receptionist.
- Welcome guests upon arrival
- Check in guests and confirm relevant guest information, issue key cards and direct guest to their rooms
- Make and confirm reservations for guests
- Send and respond to Emails
- In liason with housekeeping and maintenance address any problems or complaints by the guest
- Grade 12 school certificate
- Must have a minimum of Diploma in hotel management or front desk operations.
- At least more than 2 years work experience as a front desk operator
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including micros and opera
- Must have strong numerical and computational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
