The job description will include but not limited to:
- Working to ensure that the kitchen runs effectively
- Ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Ensuring that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an appetizing manner
- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment needed
- Help the company determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
- Keeping station clean and organised
- Maintaining excellent hygiene.
- Must be 30 years +, healthy and physically fit
- Must possess a Certificate or Diploma from a recognizable University or college in the relevant field
- Must also possess a Certificate in Hygiene.
- At least 3 years worth of experience working in a hotel,restaurant or Kitchen settings.
- Must have Knowledge of how to use a wide variety of Kitchen equipment
