Duties of the cook are as follows; but not limited to
- Maintain working area at all times by ensuring you clean it as you work
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Help in parking and serving of food
- Help reduce any waste, spillage or spoilage that may occur in the kitchen and support the chef in preparation.
- Adhere to site regulations on safety, health and the environment
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 1 year experience in similar role
