Operations Manager (1)

Responsibilities

  • Timely Budgeting for the Company business schedules.
  • Ensuring that sales of the Company equipment and goods is done timely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that Marketing strategies of the Company are efficient.
  • Ensuring logistics and deliveries of Company deliverables are done efficiently.
  • Management and maintenance of accounts related transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Managing the inquiries, orders and invoicing of the Company business and ensuring that the same is recorded and updated in the system every day.
  • Managing the reports and ensuring that reports are sent out timely to senior management.
  • Human resource management.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time incidental to the foregoing.

Qualifications


  • Grade Twelve Certificate
  • Certificate in any social science/ business management courses or experience in the field of operation.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience at supervisory level
