The candidate will be required to perform the following tasks among others

  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Creditor (Invoicing, recons, payments)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Daily cash flow management and forecasting
  • Inventory reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • VAT calculation and submission
  • Prepare Journal entries
  • Budget vs Actual reporting
  • Monthly management accounts
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing

Required Skills

  • 3 Years of Experience in Accounting and Finance with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and efficient
  • Highly competent in MS Office, in particular, Word and Excel
  • Possess an organized, methodical, and systematic approach to work
  • Competent in keeping track of customer and Supplier accounts


  • Minimum of a Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Extensive experience in a similar role with a high-level understanding of bookkeeping and general financial management
  • Experience in using Sage accounting software, an added Advantage
