Responsibilities of the CV Writing Writer

  • Process clients’ orders for with 100% accuracy and deliver product within stipulated time
  • Drafting and re design of client’s CVs
  • Conduct reviews of orders, screening, and skills assessment
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Establish and maintain relationships clients
  • Act with integrity and maintain customer confidentiality
  • Submit weekly report and tracker at end of each week

Qualifications for CV Writer

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with recruitment bias will be highly advantageous
  • 2 years + experience in performing interviews, skills assessment, shortlisting, and screening of candidates
  • Experience in writing CVs
  • Full Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma /Degree in Human Resource or related filed
  • Strong writing skills – grammar and accuracy
  • Strong proof-reading ability with attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proven record of delivering results
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Owns personal laptop with reliable internet connectivity
  • High integrity and ability to observe customer confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills
