Stock Controller Coca-Cola Beverages Africa

To control all movement of stock through the Warehouse and to ensure the safe guarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock management and control processes & procedures. The role reports to the Stock Team Leader

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Controlled Inventory
• Ensure all stock can be accounted for
• Capturing movement of stock on the system
• Recommend optimal Warehouse layout
• Prepares the system for cycle count
­ Captures breaks & shorts
­ Warehouse breakages
­ Truck breakages
­ Stock destroyed
­ Stock adjustments
­ Trade replacements
­ Trade returns
• Monitors stock for stock rotation and initiates the write-off of stock.

2. Administration Complied with SHEQ & GMP requirements
• Compliance to all TCCMS requirements
• Ensures compliance to 5S requirements

3. Warehouse Layout preparation for SCM audit

4. Business needs analysis outflow communicated to CMT

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits or better and any tertiary qualification business studies
• Diploma in Warehouse Management/ Business Studies
