Ntemwa Digital Services is a Start-up Graphics and Copy Centre Company based in Lusaka. Our services include Graphics designing, Printing and Photocopy Services. We also provide our customers a smarter way of working by providing a workspace to work remotely from our offices by providing a comfortable working environment (Co-working).

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Assistant to manage a Business Centre in 9 Miles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Customer service.
• Observe best business practices and etiquette
• Be able to work under pressure while giving attention to duties
• Maintain the facility’s cleanliness and orderliness.
• Able to proficiently use a laminator, scanner, photocopy machine, and other office equipment.
• Maintain correct records of the business logs and inventories accurately, reports all business centre revenues daily, and be able to submit ZRA tax returns
• Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
• Monitors use of the business centre computer room by customers and bills appropriately.
• Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
• Demonstrate experience working with various computer software including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• Oversee social media accounts and strategy as well as communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a relevant Business Course (Accounting background will be an added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience working in a Business Centre or Internet Café
