purpose
To support the design and implementation of customised reward initiatives and support the team in their partnerships with the Human Capital leads in the respective business units
experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Finance
- Preferred Qualification – Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification (either complete or in progress)
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
