We are looking for a high-performing Sales Team Lead to help us meet our Merchant acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our employers’ merchant offering competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, Branding and Products Awareness, crafting sales plans, coaching and performance monitoring of Supervisors and sales representatives.
Main Duties
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand brand presence on the market
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Ensuring all merchants are correctly branded
- Ensuring the team has working tools
- Effectively communicating objectives and targets to the team.
- Competitor Analysis
- Acquisition of Premium merchants
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all queries
- 80% in the field, 20% behind the screen
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a business-related field
- Excellent communication skills
- People management
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability
- Experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
- Must have a Zambian National Registration Card
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have Android Smart Phone
