Northern Coffee Corporation Limited a subsidiary of OLAM International Limited is looking to hire Wet /dry Factory Supervisors for the plantations.
FACTORY SUPERVISOR (PROCESSING WET / DRY MILL)
Education and Experience
Must have a Diploma or equivalent in production Management with at least 2 years of experience.
REPORTING LINE: FACTORY MANAGER / ESTATE MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities includes managing coffee processing, warehouses operations, Inventory control including production and understanding problem solving skills and resolve any issue that may derail production.
- Responsible for Coffee quality in the wet /dry mill
- Managing team shift and labor control
- Regularly conduct inspections of coffee products to determine whether they have meet established quality standards
- Provide leadership skills to ensure that the factory operations run smoothly
- Monitor coffee processing and ensure that the factory target is met
- Give daily reports for all coffee figures
