ABATTOIR ASSISTANT – MASTER PORK (X1)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the below:
- Trimming, boning and slicing carcasses so they are ready for sale or further processing
- Packaging of meat products and processing of by-products
- Cutting standard cuts of meat for marketing
- Deboning
- Making sausage; preparing meats for salting; and wrapping meats
Qualifications
- Grade 9/12 certificate
- One-year job experience

- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Honest and hard working
