Parts Assistant Plant A Million (Z)

• Sale of Vehicle Spare Parts.
• Receiving, checking, sorting, and storage of parts.
• Loading, unloading, moving or storing items according to pre-set standards.
• Checking for availability and supply of Spare Parts to the workshop.
• Checking for availability and supply of Spare Parts to Dealers and Counter sales.
• Make entries into ERP issue notes, job cards, bin cards.
• Checking and receipt of local purchases and the preparation of GRNs.
• Assisting Senior Stores Supervisor in signing documents and invoices.
• Managing cannibalization.
• Handling of old parts and scrap disposal.
• Managing and preventing lost sales.
• Any other job that may be assigned from time to time.

*Must have 3 years proven experience gained in a similar position.

*Must be a holder of a School Certificate.

*Must be computer literate.

*Must have knowledge of vehicle parts and be able to identify, certify and distinguish genuine parts.

*Must be able to pay attention to details, strong level of commitment and integrity.

*Must be able to demonstrate good organizational and interpersonal skills and a team player.
