We’re looking for a passionate HR professional with 7-8 years’ experience. This role will see you contributing to the development of our most valuable asset – Our People!

Duties and responsibilities:

Effective management of employee relations with a strong understanding of the labour legislation
Effective attraction, selection and recruitment of people
Change Management
Effective business partnerships
Effective management of employee relations and climate (including retention)
Effective HR Administration (including compliance)
HR Project management
Facilitation of diversity, change and transformation processes
Effective management of talent and succession planning
Effective leadership and team management
Effective self-management

Requirements:

7-8 years’ experience in a HR generalist role preferable in a service related or FMCG environment with
2-3 years in a management/leadership position
Relevant Diploma/ Degree at NQF Level 7
