Job description:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Administrator, Clinical Asset will focus on providing support the clinical asset coordinator in administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE

  • The suitable candidate will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
  • Act as an administration support role for the site health services department
  • Responsible for maintaining an efficient and orderly workplace, including stock management of health stock awaiting distribution, and management of stock levels using job cards.
  • Responsible for recording of health assets on the asset management program (Omni) under guidance from the asset coordinator.
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders on behalf of the health team through different warehouses (FQMO, KML and KMP) through Pronto
  • Act as the point of contact for warehouses on site for any health department orders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with identified service providers.
  • Work closely with the commercial teams both in Zambia and South Africa to ensure health assets are procured in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma/Certificate in business administration, health administration or personal assistant would be beneficial.
  • Two year in a similar role will be added advantage.
