Job Purpose

The Brand Marketing Manager ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions. The role holder supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the company brand development of advertising, promotions, direct marketing, social media and PR activities associated with the assigned brand
  • Assists in the development and analysis of consumer insights
  • Develops, maximises and enhances the digital presence – product websites, social media and e-marketing to drive customer engagement and product promotion
  • Manages the company brand development of advertising, promotions, direct marketing, social media and PR activities on assigned console titles
  • Develops and executes unique social media programs that are on brand and publish weekly analytics reports to gauge performance and sentiment
  • Integrates marketing campaign development across channels
  • Serve in a consultative manner for other teams marketing to the Hispanic population
  • Manages the brand review process including policies and brand guidelines
  • Supports research, reporting, tracking and dash-boarding of brand campaign performance and budget

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems or related fields.
  • Preferably 3-5 years  experience in Brand marketing
  • Agency and/or Retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and pursue multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communications skills and the ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations.
