A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position(s):
Channels Management Analyst
Reporting to Head, Digital and Alternate Channels, s/he will perform the responsibility of:
- To ensure the systematic and effectual deployment of new channels and modifications to the existing channels products such as USSD, Access Mobile, Access Online, Debit.
- To development strategies to drive customer onboarding and usage of digital and alternate channels products.
- To ensure the implementation of all channel products such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Remittances, liability and consumer finance product in the bank.
- To ensure the sign off of all new channel products within project timeline.
- To ensure nationwide Product knowledge training for newly-introduced products within the first month of launch.
- To conduct monthly and quarterly channels performance reviews and profitability monitoring.
- To generate informative and up to date competition analysis of the top 10 Banks in the country.
- To carry out a ‘year-end’ review of product performance for improvement or outright rationalization.
Qualification and Skills:
- First degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 in Product Development Preferable
- Excellent Business Development and Management
- Strong Analytical skills
- Advance marketing & sales skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Banking market
