In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSME)

(1) Reporting to the Head – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the job holder wit.

  • develop and manage the assigned portfolio of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise customers by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and implementing retention strategies and
  • grow the assigned portfolio MSME deposits, loans and advances through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 School Certificate or General Certificate of Education equivalent
  • Degree in Economics or Entrepreneurship or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA/ZICA or a degree in any relevant field – Minimum of five (5) years experience in the MSME environment
  • Marketing certification is an added advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED TO UNDERTAKE THE ROLE

(a) Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English

(b) Presentation

(c) Teamwork

(d) Decision making

(e) Time keeping Analytical skills

(g) Listening skills

(h) In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, the banking industry including the applicable regulations and guidelines, and the Banking and Financial Services Act

(i) Thorough understanding of the SME customer segmentation and alignment of relevant products accordingly.
