Yalelo is seeking to hire a competent and robust Commercial Services Manager to oversee all outsourced Commercial Services. The person will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Security, Facilities and Engineering Services are operating in accordance with the Commercial Unit demands.
Location: The role will be primarily based in Lusaka
The Right Fit candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships for key outsourced services
- Controlling budgets for outsourced services and monitoring expenses
- Ensuring that service providers perform in line with signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Filling in and regularly updating the Risk Analysis Matrix
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
- Planning and coordinating security operations.
- Ensuring that critical equipment is repaired and maintained as need arises.
- Reviewing reports on incidents and breaches
- Investigating and resolving issues
- Planning and regularly reviewing Maintenance schedules
The Compliance Coordinator Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 3yrs experience in a management position
- Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Ability to work a schedule outside business hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing 3rd party relationships will be an added advantage
