Job description:

Overall Job Purpose

To ensure smooth running of the restaurant and bar and ensure consistent provision of high quality clubhouse experiences to guests.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Oversee both bar and restaurant operations, including bar and wait staff
Oversee staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Develop strategies for improving customers’ experiences
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
Manage the work schedules of the restaurant and bar staff
Work closely with the supervisor in coordinating special events and increasing revenues.

Experience and Qualifications required to perform in this job

At least 2 -3 years’ related work experience in a reputable organisation
Full grade 12 school certificate.
Tertiary qualification in hospitality or food and beverage management
