Waiter/Waitress x3 Legacy Hilltop Africa Limted

Legacy Hilltop Africa Limited (the Lodge) is a faith-based, Christian Organization. The property, which is situated in Meanwood, off Great East Road, is comprised of 58 guest accommodations and 2 Presidential Suites and conference facilities. All of these guest rooms and suites are of the highest quality, many with sweeping views from the hilltop.

We are seeking to hire qualified candidates for the position Waiters/Waitress X 3

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take accurate food orders on the Point of Sale machine
• Must be able to interact and communicate with the guests.
• Serve food and Beverage to the Guests as per the course order
• Maintain proper dining experience
• Understanding and communicating products and services available at the Lodge
• Print the closing report and close the shift on the POS terminal
• Attend to Guests in the Conference rooms in a professional manner
• Follow all the relevant health regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate in General Hospitality or similar field
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/waitress
• Hands-on experience with the Point of Sale system
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
