Description
- Attending Civil maintenance works supervising the civil works
- Assisting in carpentry works in kiln shutdown.
- Assisting road repair works.
- Colony maintenance works.
- Repair of plant and office buildings.
- Test plumbing systems for leakages and other problems
- Analyze problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Chose plumbing materials based on safety, budget, location and intended use
- Write reports documenting the problems and summary of action taken
- Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes and environmental regulation in all plumbing jobs
- install, maintain and repair fixtures and pipes associated with fluid distribution, heating, cooling and sanitation systems in the plant and estates
- Chose plumbing materials based on safety, budget, location and intended use
- Make material estimates for all plumbing jobs in the plant and estates
- Interpret blue prints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems and other plumbing
Requirements
- +12 years’ Work experience.
- 10 Plus 2 school and Artisan certificate in Welding level II
- Craft certificate in plumbing / carpentry.
