Kamono Farm Initiatives Limited is a fast growing and well established company with a vision of changing the agribusiness landscape by offering a superior service full cycle farm activity that is market driven and getting farmers into the agribusiness economy as producers and consumers.
We are looking for able applicants to fill in the following positions at one of our farms in Kabwe:
1. Animal nutritionist x1
2. Agronomists x3
3. Builders x5
4. Carpenters x5
5. Electricians x2
6. Mechanics/tractor drivers x2
7. Metal Fabricators x2
8. Warehouse officer. x1
9. Farm Accountant x1
10. Farm general workers X100
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Degree in the relevant field
- Diploma
- Grade twelve Certificate
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Good Knowledge and understanding of Agriculture and the Agribusiness
- Good product knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team Building/Conflict Management
- Strong personality, firm and assertive
- Capacity to manage pressure
- Supervisory skill
