Enterprise Relationship Coordinator MTN (Zambia) Limited

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages relations through service engagement meetings;
• Provides input in the process of developing relevant solutions to enhance customer management;
• Processes the Service Contract renewals for HVC clients;
• Conducts frequent education sessions for managed segments;
• Escalates points on all support related queries affecting customer service;
• Maintains customer satisfaction by providing liaison with the relevant departments;
• Maintains a deep knowledge of company products and services;
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients;
• Identifies client needs and requirements and proposes suitable solutions;
• Provides clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guides their decision-making processes;
• Upsells and cross-sells products/services to clients;
• Collects outstanding debt from customers and ensures accounts are fully reconciled and up to date with payments;
• Resolves complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner;
• Ensures client satisfaction;
• Builds relationships with key employees among customers.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field;
• Experience as a Relationship Manager, in Customer Service, or a similar role;
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
• Customer-oriented.
