  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent education and training in a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
  • Deadline and detail oriented


  • Inputs invoices into and applies payments in a computerized accounting system
  • Acts as point of contact for invoicing for internal and external partners
  • Assists with monthly accounting close activities to prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepares and submits grant invoices including supporting documentation
  • Coordinates and monitors collection activities
  • Provides audit assistance, gathers necessary account information and documents to perform audits
  • Performs administrative duties such as scanning and filing
  • Completes other duties and related projects as assigned
