The Anti-Corruption Commission whose mission is to effectively prevent and combat corruption in order to promote integrity, transparency and accountability for sustainable development in Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:
TELEPHONE OPERATOR – [1]
Overall Responsibilities
To operate the switch board telephone system in order to facilitate communication.
Knowledge and skills Required
- Full Grade Twelve [12] Certificate;
- Certificate in Telephone Management;
- Certificate in Public Relations;
- Certificate in Front Office Operations or equivalent;
- Must have at least two (2) years’ work experience in front office operations;
- Fluent in English;
- Must not be above 30 years old.
