Position : Enterprise Customer Success Manager – DACH (Remote) This is a fully remote position (we’ve been remote even before the pandemic). We are looking for candidates in EMEA time zones.

We’re looking for talented software engineers to join our Business Applications team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the internal systems that power Grafana Labs. The Business Applications team works together with our Cloud, Enterprise and Grafana teams to provide the best possible experience for our customers and most efficient workflow for our staff. We build on the grafana.com platform to provide custom solutions and integrate with the many external systems that make up a modern business environment.
What You’ll Be Working On  

A normal “day in the life” could include working on functionality in our API, user and staff portals to launch or evolve a product offering, integrating a new 3rd-party tool into our stack, or working with the go-to-market team to improve our internal workflows.

Required profile for job ad : Enterprise Customer Success Manager – DACH (Remote) Requirements

You have full-stack experience working across front-end and backend development
You have experience with Javascript/Typescript/NodeJS, React, Go or similar technologies
You work well within a team and you’re driven to help others
You strive to be better at your craft!
You can drive your work independently, but you also know when to reach out for help
You care deeply about user experience and the quality of the products that you work on  

Bonus Points

Familiarity with deploying & operating large-scale web applications in Kubernetes
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Graphite, or other time-series platforms
Open source projects and/or contributions
