Overview
A fast growing Insurance Broker, which is part of a larger financial services group is seeking an Assistant Broker.

You’ll be responsible for assisting the Broker in offering quality and dedicated service to clients. In addition, you’ll be expected to;

  • Manage Client Retention
    • Maintain a book of personal lines business and corporate accounts allocated
    • Manage renewals
    • Business Development
    • Manage the Billings & Collection of Premiums
    • Manage Office Filing
    • Manage Claims
    • Provide Excellent Customer ServiceQualifications
    1. Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits or Better.
    2. Any First Degree.
    3. 3 years hands on experience in the insurance market.
    4. A strong track record of success within sales, ideally in the insurance market.
    5. Highly goal oriented and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Must have strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
