We are hiring for a Reputed Group company for the position of Cluster Head  for Zambia Location.

Qualification: Any Graduate (IIP graduates preferred)

Experience: 1 – 2 Years experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate must follow the Energy Regulation Board (ERB regulator for petroleum products in Zambia) guidelines / Checklist for the filling stations
• Responsible for achieving Station sales
• Offloading of fuels at station
• Responsible for controlling shortages
• Manage the Shift Changes
• Responsible for conducting surprise random visits for 3-4 stations.
• He has to be prepared to move to various station sitting himself in the fuel tankers
• Movement within Zambia as per the requirements of the company.
