Job Description: Reporting to the Dean for the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Principal Lecturer (Tutor) works as part of school management and is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the school. The Principal Lecturer is expected to promote the professional and academic growth of the staff through staff meetings in service training and personal contact. He/she will also be expected to develop and maintain educational systems that measure performance against established standards
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Master’s Degree in any relevant medical or Administration field.
• A minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience as a lecturer and at least 2 (two) years’ work in a medical institution (ward).
• Member of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia and must be very farniliar with requirements of NMCZ. Proficiency in computer application systems and databases.
• Unquestionable professional integrity, stature and abilities.
• Ability to function under pressure.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
