Interested candidates must be able to:
- Prepare contracts and ensure that they are compliant with the Zambian Laws
- carry out recruitment, induction, performance appraisals and contract compliance
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports for managements decision
- Monitor performance management output
- Support line managers to ensure appropriate training and capacity buiding of staff
- Perform other duties as requested by Line manager
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years Professional experience in Human Resource Management
