Interested candidates must be able to:

1. Prepare contracts and ensure that they are compliant with the Zambian Laws
2. carry out recruitment, induction, performance appraisals and contract compliance
3. Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports for managements decision
4. Monitor performance management output
5. Support line managers to ensure appropriate training and capacity buiding of staff
6. Perform other duties as requested by Line manager

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Human Resource Management
2. Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
3. At least 3 years Professional experience in Human Resource Management
