RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and handle all escalations from NOC department with regards to all services offered by NData

• Drive vehicles for official business as required or requested

• Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external external guests when required.

• Ensure punctuality and safe transport

• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including driving codes and internally agreed standards.

• Ensure vehicle is kept clean ,tidy and in good working condition at all times

• Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times

• Ensure vehicle is given regular/day to day maintenance checks: oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres etc.

• Report any irregularities with the vehicle to responsible officer

• Log in official trips as required.

• Provide weekly report

Undertaking any other duties/tasks (as assigned) or responsibility required to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the job within the overall objectives of NetOne IT Limited.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on-the-job training.

• Minimum Grade 12.

• Certificate in auto mechanics or better is added advantage

• Excellent knowledge with about motor vehicles.

• MUST HAVE a minimum 3 years of similar experience.

• MUST HAVE a valid driving license with 2 years plus driving experience.
