POSITION: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Sales or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing /Sales/Commercial role.

JOB OBJECTIVES
- The Sales and Marketing coordinator will be responsible for driving and leading all business development activities of Syax Corp.
- Manage and maintain all client relationships, including complaints/grievances, if any.
- Develop and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Strategy and Planning
- Develops the sales and marketing strategy and plans, policies and processes for the department with input from the Head of Marketing and ensures their effective implementation
- Developing and managing the marketing department’s plan and budget
- Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
- Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Generating new business leads
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
- Managing the marketing department’s staff
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Responsible for client accounts and job tracking (job card)
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
