Reporting to Head – Sungapo Sales, the Senior Customer Service Assistant will generate leads and manage sales and relationships with Sungapo Sales Customers
- Aggressive Sungapo account opening
- Generate leads and build client base
- Build and Maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Responding to customer queries
- Aggressive marketing and closing deals
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
- 2 years sales experience in the Finance Sector
- Understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, Anti – Money laundering
OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
