Regional Manager

Essential Duties

• You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director Operations
• Day to day smooth running of operations.
• Meet client’s requirements and adhere to Arm Safety standard of operations.
• Maintain and Train the guards to the expected level.
• Ensure to main staffing levels at guard unit level and supervisory staff.
• Enforce the company code of conduct.
• To supervise the Project Managers/Zone Managers on daily basis on the operational matters.
• To make sure all the Managers observe and carry out duties as required of them.
• Ensure strict supervision of all company fleet in the Region and report any defects or maintenance requirements needed for the fleet under your charge.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and make timely reports for routine maintenance or damage caused on any company vehicle.
• Carryout investigations and report to the General Manager on the findings.
• Help conduct disciplinary hearing with collaboration with Human Resources Manager.
• Ensure your daily work plan to include, among other plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma in Security Management
• 3 – 5 years relevant progressive Security management
• Strong consultative, analytical and business development skills.
