A Lusaka based trading company seeks to employ a qualified and experienced professional as a Cashier. The employee will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Cash Handling on daily basis, and reconciliation in ERP
- Receiving cash from customers against sales and posting relevant entries into ERP
- Receiving and verifying cash from the sales department
- Paying cash to staff/vendors and posting relevant entries into ERP
- Reconciliation of Float Accounts, staff Advance and staff loans
- Salary Payment and recording cash salary payment into ERP
- Prepare of Cash Over Counter for Local Purchases.
- Maintain the records
- Any other work related to accounts
