Job Title: Office Administrator (1)

Job Status: Full-Time

Duty Station: Within Zambia, Lusaka, South-Central Africa

Position Summary:

Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the office directors by carrying out everyday office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and suppliers in person, online, and via telephone.

Required Competencies:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Preparing & Submitting bid or Proposal.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of M.S. Office and office management software (QuickBooks, Sage, ERPs etc.)

Education and Experience:

  • Advanced Diploma or Diploma in business administration or Degree relevant field is preferred.
  • A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at-least 5 credits including Mathematics and English.
  • At least two to three years’ work experience in a busy, challenging environment G
  • Good team player, flexible and capable of working with a multinational country team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
